At Exit Property Co, we value both your time and that of our dedicated cleaning team. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you arrange for keys to be left in the agreed-upon location or have someone available to grant access to your home at the scheduled time. To help avoid any mix-ups, we’ll send you a friendly SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
If our cleaner arrives and can’t enter the property, we’ll immediately attempt to reach the responsible person(s) by phone or email. If we’re unable to get in touch within 15 minutes, a lockout fee will apply, set at 75% of the service cost (capped at $100). This fee covers our cleaner’s travel, time, and lost opportunity.
We get it—life can be unpredictable with school runs or work delays. If contact is made and access is provided within 30 minutes, cleaning will proceed as normal, though a $25 fee will be added to account for the wait time.
We’re committed to delivering a hassle-free experience for our clients and team at Exit Property Co. To keep everything running smoothly, we ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel. This helps us adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another customer.
We know plans can change unexpectedly, so we don’t charge for late cancellations. That said, if last-minute cancellations become a regular occurrence, we may need to pause or discontinue service to ensure fairness for all.
One-Time, Move-Out, and First-Time Cleans
For one-off, move-out, or initial cleaning services, we require full payment the day before your appointment. Alternatively, if you’ll be present on-site, you can opt for a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due on the service day.
Recurring Home Cleans
Invoice Terms: Payment is due upon receiving your invoice unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment Options: We happily accept direct bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards.
Late Payment Policy
To keep things fair and our operations on track, here’s how we handle overdue payments:
Late Fees: If payment isn’t received by the due date, a 10% monthly interest fee will be added to the outstanding balance.
Exit Property Co guarantees high-quality service, and if you are dissatisfied with the cleaning work, you must notify us in writing within 12 hours of service completion, detailing the issues and providing photographic evidence if applicable; upon review of the agreed scope of work and assessment of the concerns, we will arrange a complimentary follow-up clean of the affected area(s) within 48 hours (subject to availability), and if dissatisfaction persists after this resolution attempt, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the unresolved issue(s) or terminate the service agreement, excluding claims arising from third-party damage, pre-existing conditions, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, pet interference) or tasks not included in the original agreement.
